BREAKING NEWS
SHEFFIELD UNITED: '(James) McAtee went for a scan, and we're waiting for the results. We believe Jayden (Bogle) will be OK, and it's not great news about McBurnie... Oli is out for the season, so that's a massive blow for us. He went to see a specialist, and he doesn't require surgery. It will open up for a couple of the younger lads, who were absolutely outstanding in the local derby last night. Them being around the first team will be good, and I'm looking forward to them being involved in the last two or three games of the season.'          EVERTON: We heard from Sean Dyche less than 24 hours after the Merseyside derby win, and players were still being evaluated at the time of his press conference. Mykolenko was forced off at half-time on Wednesday night, and the left-back is a major doubt. "Vitalii is unlikely. We'll see how that settles; he'll need a scan on that to know the truth on it, but it's not great on the early signs." Dominic Calvert-Lewin should be OK despite 'a bit of illness' prior to the Liverpool game. "So, we're hopeful that that'll pass. I have to commend him: I thought he was outstanding."          BURNLEY: Lyle Foster is 'fine' after coming off with a knock at Bramall Lane. 'Not yet,' said Vincent Kompany when asked if Luca Koleosho would be available. 'Any other team news?' "If you ask me, I won't lie, but I will not come up with the questions."          NEWCASTLE UNITED: Eddie Howe confirms Tino Livramento suffered a reaction to his recent ankle injury after coming on against Tottenham, which means the full-back is being managed between games. On Wednesday night, the United boss said the defender was only named on the bench 'as an emergency', and his game-time will be restricted until this improves. Callum Wilson came through his return midweek unscathed. 'I thought he looked good and worked well with the lads around him. He had a couple of dangerous moments, that was a positive from Wednesday.' Nick Pope, Joelinton and Miguel Almirón 'are getting closer', confirms Eddie Howe. "Nick is beginning to start his early training sessions with us. He has started to be with outfield players in shooting drills. Joelinton has seen a specialist and is working on his own programme. Miggy is there or thereabouts and could be back next week."          LIVERPOOL: Jurgen Klopp made six changes midweek from the win at Craven Cottage 'to keep things fresh', but the Reds were deservedly beaten by their close rivals in the Merseyside derby, and the Liverpool boss is expected to shuffle the pack once again. Cody Gakpo, absent on Wednesday as his wife was due to give birth, is back in training, but Diogo Jota will not return until next month.           LUTON TOWN: Sambi Lokonga and Gabe Osho were surprise returners last weekend, but it doesn't look like Rob Edwards will be able to welcome any of the other long-termers back for the trip to Wolves. Elijah Adebayo is getting closer, but Saturday 'probably' comes too soon. "He's the next one off that conveyor belt of injuries at the moment. We're pushing him, he's pushing as well, but tomorrow is too soon." Chiedozie Ogbene is slightly behind his teammate, and although the forward is 'way off at the moment', there is still a chance he will feature again this season. Reece Burke is fine after illness forced him off at half-time last weekend. "Yes, he's recovered fine. We looked after him earlier in the week, but he'll be fine." Rob Edwards would be happy to work with Issa Kabore again after the Manchester City loanee was ruled out of the remaining fixtures because of injury. "He went off in the first half last week; he's got a high ankle sprain now, so he's going to miss the remainder of the season, which is really disappointing for us and for him more importantly. I've really enjoyed working with him. He's a fantastic athlete, a great person, and it's been good for him. He's been great for us; he is a young player that's going to go on and have a really good career. He's a diamond of a lad who gives absolutely everything every single day."          CHELSEA: Reece James and Levi Colwill remain out of contention. 'They are close. Yesterday, they were doing some training with the squad. They are close but still not available.' Cole Palmer was training well in the last few days. 'We assume he is going to be ready for tomorrow [and] be part of the squad.'          FULHAM: Willian is 'probably' going to be involved in the match following a return to training. "If you have him, you are stronger. The way he is training, he is always ready to improve. He's a really important piece of our football club."          BRENTFORD: Ivan Toney is 'progressing' from a hip problem, and Thomas Frank is hopeful of a return this weekend. "It is better, and I hope he is available for Saturday. There is still one more training [session]. Ivan just loves to play football. He just wants to get out there and play, and of course, the Euros are coming up, and that's important. But he's also aware that it's important to be fit to go out and perform." The Bees have no fresh injury concerns following the win at Luton. Aaron Hickey is also progressing, but Thomas Frank is not confident of a return this season. 'Because he’s been out for so long, I’m not counting on it. Let’s see what happens during the next couple of weeks, but I’m not expecting it.'          TOTTENHAM HOTSPUR: 'The first one, and the most significant, was losing Destiny (Udogie) in this period. A bit disappointing for him, and for us; he's such an important player. So, unfortunately, picking up an injury means the end of his season.' Oliver Skipp has got a 'minor' knock, and he will miss the North London derby. Pedro Porro and Richarlison 'have trained well this week,' and both players are available.
