Matthijs de Ligt Injuries

'For Matta, it is a small thing. I expect to have Matthijs next game [at Molineux].' 'I don't know, sometimes you have an idea, then you have to see day by day. I'm not going to say when he is coming back.' 'I think he has something in his back. I don't know for sure... sometimes you see it's not a big injury - he finished the game quite well against Palace - but sometimes he feels a little pain, and we have to be careful.' 'Matthijs has been carrying a bit of an issue, but hopefully, we'll get him back in some time soon. It's been a little bit slower than what they thought previously.' He's in the right direction, but as I said, he's just a little bit further behind. It's a difficult one to pin down, especially time-wise. He's definitely improving, so that's a good thing.' 'It's [a] similar [situation] really, and frustrating for Matta. He's obviously trying to work to get back, but it's just the back issue, really, that's proving difficult. We'll keep working as hard to get him back as quickly as we can.' 'The reason he didn't come [to County Kildare] is he's not quite on the grass. So it was important for him to continue his rehab and try and get him back. There's nothing else around it.' 'Matthijs is a little bit further... he's not involved in the game.
